Designation : Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Daily production activities ko supervise aur manage karna.

- Production target aur schedule ke according work complete karwana.

- Workers ko properly allocate karna aur manpower manage karna.

- Vegetable chips production process ko monitor karna.

- Machines aur production line ke proper operation ke liye Maintenance aur Quality team ke saath coordination karna.

- Raw material, production process aur finished product mein quality standards maintain karwana.

- Production area mein hygiene, cleanliness aur safety rules follow karwana.

- Machine breakdown ya production issue hone par concerned department ko immediately inform karna.

- Daily production, manpower, wastage aur breakdown reports maintain karna





- Production wastage ko control karna aur productivity improve karne ke liye suggestions dena.

- Company SOP, GMP, food safety aur workplace safety procedures follow karwana.

Required Qualification & Skill

- Production line aur manpower handling ka practical experience.

- Positive communication and team management skills.

- Problem-solving aur decision-making ability.

- Shift mein kaam karne ki flexibility.

- Food manufacturing environment mein hygiene aur safety requirements ki understanding.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Production / Food Processing / Manufacturing industry
