Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory experience in aerospace, aviation, precision engineering, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.

- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and quality standards.

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Required Skills

- Production planning and scheduling

- Team leadership and people management

- Aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001)

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving

- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen

- Reading engineering drawings and specifications

- ERP/MRP systems knowledge

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in aerospace component manufacturing, aircraft structures, avionics, or engine assembly.

- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related disciplines.

- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

- Familiarity with NADCAP requirements and aerospace regulatory compliance.
