We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of visual storytelling, current video trends, and engaging content creation for brands, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.

The candidate will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality video content that strengthens brand identity, improves audience engagement, and supports client marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Create engaging short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific content.
- Develop compelling visual narratives using footage, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music.
- Perform video trimming, sequencing, colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, and subtitle integration.
- Create promotional videos, product showcases, brand videos, corporate videos, and client-specific creative content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, digital marketers, content creators,



and business teams to deliver creative projects.
- Adapt video formats, aspect ratios, and editing styles to suit different social media platforms and campaign requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging video editing techniques, creative trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Incorporate client feedback and internal revisions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Organise project files, raw footage, assets, and final video deliverables systematically.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve the visual quality and effectiveness of the agency's content.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing or multimedia content production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills, creativity, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Understanding of colour correction, transitions, typography, audio synchronisation, and pacing.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, resolution, export settings, and platform specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity,



and time management.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, work collaboratively, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- A well-organised portfolio featuring social media videos, promotional content, advertisements, or brand storytelling projects.
- Ability to transform raw footage and creative briefs into polished, engaging video content.
- A creative mindset with an interest in experimenting with new editing styles and visual techniques.
- Understanding of how video content supports digital marketing, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
- Willingness to learn new tools, improve editing quality, and contribute fresh creative ideas.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency, creative studio, or production environment is preferred.
