B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Petrochemical Engineering

Process Knowledge

- Understanding of carbon production processes (e.g., furnace black, thermal black, acetylene black, graphite)
- Familiarity with high-temperature reactors, pyrolysis, thermal cracking, and chemical reactions involved in carbon production
- Knowledge of raw materials: petroleum feedstock, natural gas, coal tar, etc.
- Heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid mechanics, chemical reaction engineering
- Process optimization, scaling from lab/pilot to production
- Reactors, kilns, scrubbers, cyclones, conveyors, mixers, grinders
- Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems (PLC/DCS, SCADA)
- Particle size distribution, carbon content, ash content, surface area, conductivity
- Experience with analytical instruments like SEM, XRD,



BET surface area analyzer (optional but preferred)
- Industrial safety standards: chemical handling, high-temperature operation, dust explosion mitigation
- 2–5 years for process optimization, troubleshooting, and plant operations
- Experience in carbon, chemical, or specialty materials plants is highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
