- Operate and monitor production machines as per work instructions.
- Set machine parameters and adjust settings as required.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and report quality issues to the supervisor.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures and use the required PPE.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality departments to resolve production issues.
- Report machine breakdowns, abnormalities, and material shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
