Preferred candidate profile

Weight Verification / Labelling and Vehicle Loading for Dispatch as per made delivery Note / Tax Invoice.

- Maintain of Vehicle inspection report and Daily Weight Verification of the Weighing Scale -- Maintain 5 S in work Area and Records and Documents- Support for Data Entry Staff whenever absent /ShortageSupport for Store Officer Staff whenever absent /Shortage or take small small project for current project rleated to StoreResponsible for the whole roll and responsbilities of the entire production teams- Manufeacturing Cost calculation on daily basis

- RM stock tailly of WIP -PPC wharehouse every month
- Achive targets (Mfg COST, Scrape rate, Inprocess Rejection, Final Rejection, Lot hold, Manufeacturing defect from Customer, OEE)
- Takes and Implemention of the action came by analysis of Customer return goods.
- Unwanted RM/TOOLS etc... should not be available in your area.




- Work should be executive as per defined method , if not defined should be prepare and take approval from Quality
- No bypass and if need take deviation documented --At least two new ideas must be registered, and one of them must be implemented.

- Every Month

- Co ordinations Cumunication , responce to Other department and ensure smoothly run the Process (own and others') -Any staff absenteeism / Vacant within the department should be executive his/her roles and responsibilities

-Effectively implemention of the CAPA (Raised by Quality,Process Engineering and Customer Repairing Department)

- Responsible for below all designations roles and responsibilities should be performing
