Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and schedule production according to customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Printing, Fusing, and Stitching teams.
- Monitor production progress and ensure all orders are completed on time.
- Allocate work to staff and manage manpower efficiently.
- Maintain product quality and minimize material wastage and production errors.
- Ensure the correct designs, colours, sizes, and quantities are produced according to customer orders.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Identify production delays and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and order status updates.
- Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of machines and equipment.




- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Maintain workplace discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Improve production efficiency, product quality, and overall productivity.

Requirements
- Previous experience in production management or a related manufacturing field is preferred.
- Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet delivery deadlines.
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, sportswear, jerseys, printing, and stitching processes will be an advantage.
- Responsible, organized, and target-oriented.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Benefits: Food and accommodation provided by the company.
