Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in a furniture manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, improving machine utilization, optimizing manpower, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production, including panel processing, CNC machining, edge banding, assembly, finishing, and packing.

Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with PPC, Design, Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

Ensure efficient utilization of Biesse and HOMAG machinery, Beam Saw, CNC Rover A 5-Axis, CNC Skipper 100, and edge banding machines.

Monitor production output, OEE, machine downtime, rejection, rework, labor productivity, and manufacturing costs.

Ensure production adheres to approved drawings, BOMs, BOQs, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.

Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage manpower planning, shift operations, workplace safety, and interdepartmental coordination.

Identify production bottlenecks, material shortages,



and drawing discrepancies to prevent delivery delays.

Develop supervisors and establish measurable production KPIs.

Required Skills and Experience:

8–12+ years of experience in furniture, modular furniture, or panel-processing manufacturing.

Relevant experience managing production operations and teams.

Strong knowledge of CNC-based furniture manufacturing and panel-processing machinery.

Experience in production planning, BOM/BOQ verification, quality control, and inventory coordination.

Knowledge of OEE, lean manufacturing, 5S, productivity improvement, and cost control.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with hands-on experience in large-scale furniture or modular furniture manufacturing plants and CNC-based panel processing will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
