Job Overview

Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled Production Manager with strong hands-on experience in nutraceutical manufacturing, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition products.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, GMP compliance, batch documentation, manpower management, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production operations, achieving production targets, and ensuring smooth and efficient plant functioning.

Candidates with experience in protein powders, pre-workout supplements, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and other health supplements will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily production operations for nutraceutical and sports nutrition products.
- Handle manufacturing processes such as powder blending, mixing, sifting, filling, sealing, and packaging, as applicable to the facility.
- Plan and execute production schedules according to customer orders, material availability, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor batch manufacturing, production output, yield reconciliation, and material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, hygiene standards, and applicable FSSAI requirements.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR),



production reports, and manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with R&D;, QA, QC, Purchase, Stores, and Packaging departments.
- Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, workforce productivity, and shop-floor discipline.
- Monitor machine utilization, production downtime, maintenance requirements, and operational efficiency.
- Investigate production deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with QA.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, dispensing, and reconciliation of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Minimize production losses, material wastage, rework, and manufacturing costs.
- Maintain product traceability, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Achieve production targets without compromising product quality, safety, or compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations, preferably in nutraceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing.
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, B.Pharm / M.Pharm, or Chemical Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in nutraceutical manufacturing processes and production floor operations.
- Solid knowledge of powder blending, mixing, filling, packaging, and other relevant manufacturing processes.
- Practical understanding of GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, production documentation, and FSSAI requirements.
- Experience in production planning, batch size management,



yield calculation, and wastage control.
- Proven experience in manpower management, team supervision, and production target achievement.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in nutraceutical, sports nutrition, dietary supplement, or health supplement manufacturing.
- Experience in third-party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or private-label supplement production will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of protein powders, pre-workout supplements, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and related products.
- Ability to independently manage production activities and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Strong focus on product quality, operational efficiency, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Working Schedule & Benefits
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Leave Benefits: CL, SL, and EL as per company policy
