Salary: Up to ₹36,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day garment production activities.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Supervise production teams and allocate work based on requirements.
- Monitor production targets, output, efficiency, and line performance.
- Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Quality, Stores, and Merchandising teams.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Ensure production is completed according to quality and delivery requirements.
- Monitor manpower utilization and production efficiency.
- Maintain daily production reports and update management on progress.
- Ensure proper adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
- Reduce production delays,



rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Handle production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in garment/apparel production.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and production processes.
- Experience handling production teams and meeting daily targets.
- Good understanding of cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality processes.
- Robust problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under production deadlines.
- Tiruppur apparel/garment industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
