Job Summary We are looking for a Production Engineer / Production Supervisor to assist in day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth production flow. Freshers are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to selected candidates to develop their technical and production skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day production activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and other departments.
- Support production planning and timely completion of assigned work.
- Coordinate with workers and support manpower allocation.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Monitor production work and ensure required quality standards are followed.
- Identify basic production issues and assist in solving them.
- Follow up on production and dispatch activities.
- Maintain basic production records and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working workplace.




- Learn and understand sheet metal manufacturing processes.
- Take additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering concepts.
- Training and guidance will be provided to freshers.
- Willingness to learn production processes and take responsibility.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and hardworking attitude.
