Job Summary

Bharat Future Technologies is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day production activities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, daily reports, and process documentation.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize material wastage, machine downtime, and production delays.




- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Monitor inventory and material availability in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and improve efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic production reporting.
- Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and practical knowledge may also apply.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
