Job Summary

Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Engineer / Production Supervisor to manage and monitor production activities at our manufacturing facility. The candidate should have experience in production planning, manpower handling, quality control, and shop floor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets
- Plan and monitor production schedules and manpower allocation
- Monitor machine operations, productivity, and product quality
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, and Purchase departments
- Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and components
- Identify and resolve production-related issues
- Monitor machine downtime, rejection, rework, and material wastage
- Maintain daily production reports and records
- Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Production
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of production reporting and process improvement
