key Skills

- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of unit operations (distillation, filtration, drying, reaction kinetics) and chemical equipment (reactors, pumps, valves, heat exchangers).
- Process Knowledge: Experience in handling Batch Processes or Continuous Processes.
- Systems: Familiarity with DCS operations, SCADA, or ERP systems (like SAP) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Quick decision-making, effective communication, and strong team leadership under pressure.

- responsibilities
- Shift Operations: Supervise and execute daily chemical production plans to meet targeted output while maintaining quality and safety.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor and control batch or continuous chemical processes via DCS (Distributed Control System) or PLC panels, maintaining optimal process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate).
- Batch Documentation: Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, raw material consumption sheets, and daily shift production reports.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, handling of hazardous chemicals,

and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Troubleshooting: Identify operational deviations or equipment malfunctions early and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Manpower Management: Guide, train, and allocate tasks to plant operators and contract workers on the shop floor.
- Housekeeping & Quality: Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S) and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or ISO standards.
