Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Weigh in Motion (WIM) systems. The candidate will be responsible for product development, hardware and software integration, project execution, technical support, and coordination with clients and service teams to ensure reliable system performance and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Development: Lead the development, enhancement, testing, and improvement of Weigh in Motion systems, including Slow Speed and Medium Speed Weighing Machines.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of hardware, software, sensors, controllers, and communication interfaces used in WIM systems.
- Technical Expertise: Manage and troubleshoot, loop detectors, load cells, control boxes, and control panel wiring.
- Installation & Commissioning: Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of WIM systems, including coordination of civil works wherever required.
- Software & Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to WIM software, hardware, sensors, control panels, and system communication.
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, site coordination, implementation, testing, handover, and documentation.
- Client Coordination:



Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and delivery timelines are met.
- AMC & Service Management: Oversee Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and service team performance across project sites.
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide product development, technical support, installation, and maintenance teams to improve productivity and system reliability.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable technical specifications, project requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain product specifications, testing reports, service records, installation documentation, and project handover reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve product performance, accuracy, reliability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills & Competencies

- In-depth knowledge of Weigh in Motion systems and weighing technologies.
- Experience with load cells, indicators, loop detectors, control panels, sensors, and electronic measurement systems.
- Solid troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and system integration.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and AMC management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India when required.
