: Product Manager – Insurance

Role Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end management of Combi Products, including product filing, launch readiness, portfolio management, regulatory compliance, business performance, and product governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end product filing, documentation, amendments, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate product launch readiness, UAT, operational processes, and post-launch validation.
- Drive business mapping, portfolio management, and renewal business across distribution channels.
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Actuarial, Technology, Finance, and Distribution teams.
- Ensure product documentation, customer communications, and sales materials comply with regulatory requirements.




- Develop product MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in product processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Development.
- Experience in product filing, regulatory coordination, and product governance preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, reporting, and project coordination skills.
- Valuable understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional processes.
