About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can combine industry knowledge, diverse datasets and AI capabilities to build continuous intelligence platforms across Healthcare, Consumer and Industrial sectors. The role focuses on generating actionable intelligence by connecting data from primary research, industry reports, government databases, company information, demographic and geographic datasets, and other sources. A key objective is to develop an AI-powered intelligence layer through a custom intelligence harness, enabling users to ask complex business questions, uncover insights and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Own the product vision,



roadmap and evolution of domain-specific intelligence platforms, identifying high-value use cases based on industry and client needs.
- Intelligence Development: Identify opportunities to combine diverse datasets, define industry-specific metrics and create recent intelligence frameworks, benchmarks and insights.
- AI Integration: Drive the development of a custom AI intelligence harness using LLMs, agents and analytical tools for natural-language querying, automated research and insight generation.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of data analysts and researchers, setting priorities, guiding intelligence development and ensuring quality.
- Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
- Client Engagement: Work with clients and stakeholders to understand challenges, demonstrate solutions and drive product adoption.
- Product Quality: Ensure intelligence outputs are accurate, explainable, continuously updated and supported by reliable sources.

Required skills

- Strong product management capabilities, including product discovery, roadmap planning and execution.




- Business acumen and ability to understand industry challenges and identify intelligence opportunities.
- Ability to connect diverse datasets and translate information into meaningful business insights.
- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG and AI-powered product workflows.
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, data models and analytical platforms.
- Experience leading analysts, researchers or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education and experience

- B.Tech in a relevant discipline or MBA from a recognised institution.
- 36 years of experience in product management, market intelligence, consulting or data-driven product development.
- Experience owning product initiatives from concept to execution.

Preferred Experience

- Industry experience in Healthcare, Consumer Research or Industrial Markets is highly desirable.
- Experience developing market intelligence, research or data-driven SaaS products.
- Exposure to integrating industry, company, consumer, demographic or geographic datasets.
- Experience with AI-powered products, LLM applications or agentic workflows.
