About the Opportunity

Solutioner is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a global FinTech company developing innovative technology for capital markets and post-trade processing.

We are hiring across Cash and Collateral Product Management , with opportunities for experienced Product Managers as well as professionals ready to take the next step into an Associate Product Manager role.

We are looking for professionals who understand financial services, can translate business and client needs into product capabilities, and can work effectively with technology, operations and commercial teams.

1. Product Manager (Commercial) – Cash

- Openings: 5
- Experience: 8–10 years
- Location: Chennai

Focus areas include Cash and Liquidity products, product strategy, roadmap development, client requirements and commercial product delivery. 2. Product Manager (Commercial) – Collateral

- Openings: 4
- Experience: 8–10 years
- Location: Chennai

Focus areas include Collateral Management products, product strategy, roadmap execution, client engagement and collaboration with technology and business teams. 3. Associate Product Manager (Commercial) – Collateral

- Openings: 3
- Experience: 5–7 years
- Location: Chennai





Focus areas include supporting product strategy and roadmaps, understanding collateral-management workflows, translating business needs into requirements, and coordinating with technical and client teams. Important: The Associate Product Manager role requires candidates to be based in Chennai or willing to relocate and work from Chennai permanently.

What We Are Looking For

- Relevant experience in Financial Services, FinTech or Capital Markets.
- Product Management or commercial product experience relevant to Cash, Treasury, Liquidity, Collateral Management or post-trade processing.
- Ability to understand client and business requirements and translate them into product features and detailed requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with technology, business and client-facing teams.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.

For the Product Manager roles, we are particularly interested in professionals with established product ownership, roadmap and client-engagement experience. For the Associate Product Manager role, relevant domain knowledge, analytical ability and product-delivery experience are important.
