About the Role

We are looking for an innovative Formwork Design Engineer to support the research, design, development, and optimization of formwork, scaffolding, shoring, and falsework systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop modular formwork and temporary works systems.
- Prepare engineering drawings, design calculations, and technical documentation.
- Conduct prototype testing, product validation, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and project teams.
- Drive product innovation, value engineering, and cost optimization.
- Develop Excel-based calculation tools and standardized design templates.




- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 4-8 years of experience in formwork design, temporary works, or product development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; Autodesk Inventor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, load calculations, steel/aluminum components, and fabrication.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
