Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to manage procurement, logistics, imports, inventory control, and outsourced production. The role focuses on cost reduction, vendor negotiations, operational efficiency, and strong inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly procurement planning, vendor allocation, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Drive cost savings through competitive bidding and reverse auctions.
- Manage import purchases, landed cost analysis, and international sourcing.
- Optimise domestic and international logistics costs and dispatch timelines.
- Monitor inventory, stock variances, consumption, and weekly stock audits.




- Ensure proper matching of purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and invoices.
- Track outsourced production, material movement, and vendor reconciliation.
- Coordinate with plant and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

Requirements
- Prior procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-analysis skills.
- Knowledge of bills of materials (BOM), purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.
- Understanding of inventory management, logistics, and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with import documentation and customs duties is an advantage.
- Data-driven approach, attention to detail, and robust ownership.
- Willingness to work closely with plant, stores, and operations teams.
