Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Vendor Coordinator Executive to manage material sourcing, vendor coordination, purchase orders, price negotiations, and timely material delivery for interior design and furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities for interior and furniture projects.
- Source materials such as furniture, hardware, fittings, electrical and civil items.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and project teams.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparison statements, and negotiate prices.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on orders and deliveries.
- Ensure materials meet approved specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with accounts regarding vendor bills, advances, and pending payments.
- Track material requirements, pending orders, and procurement costs.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant procurement or purchase experience.
- Experience in the interior design, furniture,



or related industry preferred.
- Knowledge of vendor management, material sourcing, and price negotiation.
- Practical experience with Purchase Orders, quotation comparisons, and delivery follow-ups.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
