Job Title: Procurement Operations Analyst

Required Experience: 35 years in procurement operations

The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day procurement operations for Lenovo, including SAP, SAP Ariba, supplier onboarding, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, and sourcing-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate effectively with requesters, suppliers, Global Commodity Managers (GCMs), and other stakeholders to resolve day-to-day procurement queries.
2. Work from both Lenovo and SDI offices as required, including travelling between locations.
3. Demonstrate hands-on experience in SAP purchase order (PO) creation.
4. Have working knowledge of SAP Ariba; prior experience will be an added advantage.
5. Assist requesters with PO creation and amendments, CW creation, supplier onboarding, and sourcing PRs.
6. Coordinate with requesters on purchase requisition (PR) creation and amendments.

Collaborate with GCMs and the LGVM team on supplier onboarding, supplier master updates, and related activities.
8. Coordinate with the Finance team to resolve invoice-related queries and assist suppliers with remittance updates.
9. Prepare monthly procurement reports and share them with the global team.
10. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant procurement operations experience.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP PO creation.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba, P2P operations, and supplier onboarding processes.
- Willingness to work from both office locations and travel between them as required.
