looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Intern to support purchasing activities, vendor coordination, inventory monitoring, and cost control across its QSR outlets. The intern will assist in ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in purchasing raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, and other outlet requirements.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Collect and compare vendor quotations to identify cost-effective purchasing options.

- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, bills, and procurement records.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with outlet managers to identify replenishment requirements.

- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Assist in tracking purchase costs and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses.

- Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations departments for purchase approvals and bill verification.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
