: Procurement LEAD

Location: Manesar, Gurgaon

Experience: 2 to above Years

Salary: 25K- 40K monthly (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day procurement activities as per business requirements.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and track order status.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Compare vendor quotations and support price negotiations.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor records, quotations, and other procurement documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Stores, Operations, Finance, and Planning.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely closure.
- Support vendor development and evaluation activities.




- Ensure procurement activities are completed as per company policies and procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports related to procurement and pending orders.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply-chain processes.
- Vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Positive analytical and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP/HRMS or procurement software will be an advantage.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com/BBA/BBM Procurement-related qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
