Role Details:
Position: Process Design Intern Customer Experience
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Stipend: 25,000 per month
Experience: 03 years (not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Analyse customer issues and recurring tickets to identify root causes.
- Design workflows, document SOPs and improve existing processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech and Operations teams on process improvements.
- Track CX metrics and identify automation opportunities.
Ideal Candidate: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and an interest in customer experience, business operations or process improvement.
