About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process / Design Engineer with a strong background in steel fabrication. The role involves translating client requirements into clear production processes, ensuring smooth coordination between design and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop process sheets and flowcharts for fabricated structures
- Analyze client drawings and specifications to define manufacturing processes




- Handle technical queries and clarifications with clients to support production
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and procurement
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams for efficient execution
- Maintain proper documentation for all engineering and process-related activities

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in steel fabrication / engineering industry
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and structural components
- Ability to read and interpret technical/mechanical drawings
- Experience in process planning and BOM preparation
- Good communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
