Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Associate Partner to lead fundraising, investor relations and strategic investment initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their network across venture capital, private equity, family offices, angel investors and institutional funds to help Baihub accelerate its growth and expansion.

We are looking for Private Equity / Fundraising professionals who can help us raise capital from Angels, Family Offices,



and Early-stage VCs.

Role:

- Identify and engage potential investors, including VCs, PE funds, family offices, angel networks and strategic investors.
- Drive fundraising initiatives, from investor outreach and pitch presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with investment professionals, fund managers and high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop investment proposals, financial models, valuation analyses and investor presentations.
- Support due diligence, term-sheet discussions and transaction execution.
- Identify strategic partnerships, acquisition opportunities and growth capital sources.
- Work closely with the founder on fundraising strategy, capital allocation and long-term business growth.

Compensation:

- 2% success fee on the total capital raised
- Performance-based engagement

Ideal Profile:

- Background in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or Startup Fundraising
- Robust investor network
- Experience closing early-stage deals is a plus
