Job Summary

We are seeking a media operations professional to coordinate the planning and execution of approved print, television and outdoor media activities across the project. The role will focus on scheduling, vendor coordination, deployment, documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement approved print, television and outdoor media plans.
- Coordinate with newspapers, television channels, outdoor media owners, vendors and relevant agencies.
- Manage schedules, bookings, artwork submissions, specifications and campaign deadlines.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure that final assets meet media requirements.
- Track publication dates, telecast schedules and outdoor media deployment.
- Obtain and maintain proofs of publication, telecast confirmations and installation photographs where applicable.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, campaign schedules and outstanding requirements.
- Maintain media deployment trackers and supporting documentation.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on changes, delays and corrective action.
- Prepare regular implementation and coverage reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in Advertising, Marketing, Media or a related discipline.
- 7–12 years of experience in media operations, media buying, outdoor advertising or integrated campaign execution.
- Experience coordinating multiple media vendors and time-sensitive campaigns.
- Strong understanding of media schedules, artwork specifications and execution documentation.
- Positive negotiation, planning and reporting skills.
- Experience with multi-location or government communication campaigns preferred.

Ideal Candidate A practical media execution specialist who can coordinate multiple vendors, verify delivery and maintain tight control over schedules and documentation. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
