About The Role We are looking for an experienced Principal Python Architect with 12 15 years of IT experience in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native applications using Python, AWS, and Generative AI technologies.

Work location : Hyderabad ( hybrid mode)

The ideal candidate should combine solid architectural expertise with hands-on development and GenAI integration experience. The candidate must be willing to work as an Individual Contributor (IC) while technically leading a team in architecture, design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and drive architecture for scalable, secure, cloud-native applications using Python and AWS.
- Develop and integrate microservices, APIs, serverless solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Design and implement GenAI solutions involving LLM integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and document processing pipelines.
- Drive asynchronous programming and high-performance application development using Python asyncio, FastAPI, and related frameworks.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications, APIs, and existing business systems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, contribute to critical implementations, conduct code reviews, and guide engineering teams.
- Lead architecture decisions across AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, observability, and cost optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience





- 12 15 years of overall IT experience with an engineering degree in computers or equivalent, with significant expertise in Python application architecture, solution architecture, or cloud architecture.
- Strong hands-on Python programming skills, including asyncio, asynchronous programming, concurrency, and performance optimisation.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong AWS expertise, including services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience implementing GenAI solutions within the last two years, including LLM integration, RAG architectures, vector databases, and document processing pipelines.
- Strong understanding of LLM application architecture, embeddings, retrieval mechanisms, prompt engineering, and integration patterns.
- Experience integrating GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proven ability to work as an Individual Contributor while technically leading, mentoring, and guiding engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AWS GenAI services such as Amazon Bedrock and related AI/ML services.
- Exposure to LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with enterprise application integration, cloud modernisation, and production deployment of GenAI solutions.
