We are looking for experienced Prior Authorization Specialists with knowledge of US Healthcare and end-to-end authorization processes.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end prior authorization requests.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers through calls and software portals.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
- Process authorizations for multiple medical specialties.
- Follow up on pending requests and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 months of Prior Authorization experience.
- Provider-side experience is mandatory; payer-side candidates are not eligible.
- Experience in multiple medical specialties is mandatory.




- Positive communication skills.
- Experience with healthcare software tools; EPIC is an added advantage.
- Graduation is mandatory.
