We're looking for a Principal Architect who's led real projects through real constraints, and still gets a charge out of a good design problem. This isn't a back-seat role you'll be in the room for design reviews, client negotiations, and the messy middle where good buildings actually get made, stepping into Project Director, Project Manager or Lead Architect mode as the project needs.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end design leadership on architectural projects from concept through design.
- Be the primary design voice in client conversations building trust, not just presenting decks.
- Guide and grow a team of architects, reviewing work — with a firm but generous hand.
- Balance design ambition with fee, budget, and timeline realities — need commercial acumen.
- Partner with contract, engineering & site teams — to keep design intent alive through execution.
- Flex across Project Director, Project Manager and Lead Architect responsibilities as project scale, stage and team availability demand — no fixed lane here.
- Contribute to organisation strategy, design quality, innovation, current tech, value engineering — we prefer an engaging and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Represent the studio at industry forums, award submissions, and client pitches – network and add to BD efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria/Requirement

Education - B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution





Registration - Council of Architecture (CoA) registered

Experience - 1518 yrs, incl. 5 yrs leading design teams end-to-end

Portfolio - Proven delivery of large-scale/complex projects, concept to completion; structural and MEPF integration

Software - AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp or equivalent; comfortable evaluating and adopting computational and AI-assisted design tools where they genuinely help

Industry - Healthcare, Hospitality, Public Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial in that order of preference

Mobility - Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore; open to project-site travel
