We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Primary Social Science Teacher to join our CBSE school. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodology for primary grades.

The teacher should be able to make Social Science engaging, interactive, and easy to understand while helping students develop an understanding of their surroundings, history, geography, society, culture, and civic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Social Science and related Environmental Studies topics to students in primary grades, as applicable to the school's curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines.
- Explain concepts related to history, geography, society, culture, and the environment using simple and practical examples.
- Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, maps, charts, models, projects, role-play, and group activities.
- Prepare worksheets, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage students to develop curiosity, critical thinking, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Connect classroom concepts with real-life situations and students' everyday experiences.
- Assess and monitor students' academic progress regularly.




- Provide additional support and guidance to students who require assistance.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school meetings, events, and academic activities.
- Follow CBSE academic guidelines and school policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
- CBSE school teaching experience is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of the CBSE curriculum and primary-level teaching methodology.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to use activity-based and experiential teaching methods.
- Passion for teaching and working with young learners.
- Patient, creative, responsible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
