Plan and facilitate meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences through play, exploration, storytelling, movement, sensory experiences, art, music, and hands-on activities. Create engaging environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, independence, and joyful learning.

- Child Development &
- Well-being

Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Observe children closely, respond to their individual learning needs, and guide positive behaviour through empathy and respectful communication.

- Classroom Culture &
- Management

Maintain thoughtful classroom routines, transitions, and learning spaces that balance structure with flexibility. Encourage collaboration, self-help skills, confidence, and age-appropriate independence in children.

- Observation, Documentation &
- Parent Partnership

Document children’s progress, developmental milestones, and classroom experiences through regular observations and assessments.



Build positive relationships with families through ongoing communication and meaningful sharing about each child’s growth and experiences.

- Collaboration &
- Professional Growth

Work collaboratively with co-teachers and centre teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences and smooth classroom functioning. Participate actively in training, planning, reflection, and ongoing career development in early childhood education and playful pedagogy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd or similar) is mandatory.

- Min. 1 year experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong spoken and written English

- Patient, warm, energetic, and child-centric approach.

- Good classroom management and organizational abilities.

- Understanding of child development and play-based learning practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- CPR / First Aid certification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
