Role Description The Presales role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the sales process by engaging with prospective learners, parents, and institutional clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves understanding customer needs, presenting Fantastiqo’s education solutions, and demonstrating product features through calls, virtual meetings, and online demos.

The Presales team member collaborates closely with the sales and academic teams to develop tailored proposals, respond to inquiries, and prepare documentation that highlights solution benefits.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up on leads, and providing feedback to internal stakeholders to improve offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders, build trust, and manage queries effectively.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand requirements, interpret data, and recommend suitable education solutions.
- Consulting and Presales capabilities to conduct needs assessments, prepare solution presentations, and support the sales cycle.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or sales software, and online meeting platforms.
- Prior experience in education, edtech, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; business, education, or related fields are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; additional local languages are beneficial depending on market needs.
