Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

Follow up with interested customers and schedule property site visits.

Maintain customer details and lead updates in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

Build positive customer relationships and support business growth.

Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM tools.
