Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming property inquiries, connect with potential customers, understand their property requirements, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for initial customer communication, follow-ups, and scheduling site visits for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from Facebook Ads, Instagram, property portals, website inquiries, and WhatsApp.




- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Understand customer requirements, including budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.
- Customer Communication
- Explain project details, configurations, carpet areas, pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
- Share project brochures, floor plans, price sheets, videos, and other marketing materials through WhatsApp or email.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
