About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and articulate Pre-Sales & Tender Specialist Intern to contribute to manage our government and private sector procurement channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and private tender portals, preparing technical compliance sheets, and managing end-to-end bid submissions for our e-learning courses and animated educational content.

Key Responsibilities

- Portal Monitoring: Daily tracking and identification of government tenders (GeM, CPPP, state portals) and private RFPs/RFQs related to EdTech e-learning content, digital courses, and 2D/3D animated video creation.
- Bid & Proposal Preparation: Draft comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, documentation checklists, and technical compliance matrices according to tender requirements.
- Solution & Asset Mapping: Coordinate with internal content and media production teams to assemble sample videos, course demos, and technical specifications for submission packages.
- Stakeholder Communication:



Interact with procurement committees, tender officers, and enterprise clients for pre-bid queries, clarifications, and submission follow-ups.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate portal workflows (GeM, tender portals) and research complex procurement terms.
- Outspoken and confident personality when interacting with clients and procurement authorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail oriented and good with multi-tasking.
- Prior experience or strong interest in EdTech, government procurement, or technical sales is preferred.

Role Type: Internship (Full-Time) Duration: 6 Months (Fast-Track PPO opportunity in 3 months based on performance)

Location: Noida

Stipend (Fixed): 15k

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
