We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to support our software sales cycle, from lead qualification to order closure. You will work with the sales and technical teams to understand customer needs, run product demonstrations, and position our SaaS and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand customer business requirements.
- Run product demonstrations and presentations, and support proof-of-concept projects.
- Recommend suitable SaaS and automation solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare solution proposals, quotations, and sales collateral.
- Manage licensing, renewals, upgrades, and customer queries, coordinating with technical teams.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities through to deal closure.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings and customer preferences through market research.
- Work with product, marketing,



and customer success teams so customers move smoothly from sale to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1-4 years in pre-sales, SaaS sales, or technology solution selling.
- Hands-on experience with product demos, proposals, and quotations.
- Good understanding of SaaS, automation, or data and AI solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into solution recommendations.
- Time management, teamwork, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in presentation design and proposal writing.
