Role & responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging activities for nursery, LKG, and UKG students.

- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, shapes, colours, and phonics.

- Develop children's communication, social, emotional, and motor skills.

- Use storytelling, rhymes, music, games, and hands-on activities to make learning enjoyable.

- Create age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids.

- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly classroom environment.

- Monitor children's progress and provide individual attention as needed.

- Encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and positive behaviour.

- Communicate with parents regarding children's development and progress.

- Follow the school's curriculum, academic guidelines, and safety policies





Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any relevant discipline.

- ECCEd, NTT, Montessori training, or an equivalent early childhood education qualification preferred/required as per school norms.

- Prior experience in pre-primary teaching preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.

- Good classroom management and organisational skills.

- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning workplace.

- Willingness to work a six-day week.
