Job Title: PPC Travel Sales Executive Flights & Cruises
Experience: 16 Years
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US Night Shift
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle PPC-generated leads for international flight and cruise bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel packages.
- Convert leads into bookings through effective sales and follow-ups.
- Manage flight reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and reissues.
- Assist customers with cruise packages, itineraries, and pricing.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Experience in international travel sales or PPC sales.
- Knowledge of GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in flight bookings; cruise sales is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
