Key Responsibilities – PPC Department

- Knowledge of tooling and establishing cycle times for products and projects.
- Preparation of process flow charts to standardize production processes.
- Implement cost-effective process optimization and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist the HOD in monthly production scheduling (MPS) based on sales forecasts and line-wise production plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly production reports and communicate them to the concerned departments.
- Monitor material availability and identify shortages, delays, and production bottlenecks.
- Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels and resolve stock-related issues.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Purchase departments to ensure material specifications and timely release of Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Prepare monthly raw material (RM)



and production plans and coordinate with the Sales team for continuous dispatches.
- Analyze actual production data and reports to identify process improvements.
- Work on ERP systems for material requisitions, job order creation, daily production updates, machine downtime tracking, preventive maintenance, delivery challans, and invoice generation.
- Ensure maximum utilization of available plant capacity based on forecast demand.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant departments to achieve planned production targets.
- Identify production failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) reports for review meetings.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Sales departments to ensure smooth production operations and timely dispatches.
- Track production plan versus actual output and take necessary corrective actions to achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
