Responsibilities

-  Production planning and coordination between supply chain, development, and sales teams.

-  Planning of raw materials (RM) and consumables to meet production schedules.

-  Monitoring material consumption and driving waste reduction initiatives.

-  Coordination with customers for order status and delivery timelines.

-  Circulating and maintaining the monthly order book and tracking progress.

-  Systematic planning of production activities to achieve maximum efficiency.

-  Ensuring effective utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.

-  Tracking raw materials as per scheduled plans.

-  Preparing and organizing production schedules and work orders.

-  Conducting daily production meetings to review targets and resolve bottlenecks.

-  Running plant operations efficiently to meet deadlines.





-  Generating MIS and performance reports for management review.

Requirements

-  Minimum 2+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).

-  Strong knowledge of printing and packaging industry processes preferred.

-  Graduate in Engineering (B. Tech) / Diploma in Printing/Packaging / B.Sc. (relevant field).

-  Good communication and computer literacy skills (ERP, MS Excel, MS Word).

-  Robust problem‑solving and analytical ability with attention to detail.

-  Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results.

-  Team coordination and people management skills.
