Title: Power Platform Architect-MS Copilot Studio

Location: Bengaluru/Pune- Hybrid

Contract Role

- 10+ years in Microsoft solutions; 2+ years on Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents).

- Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
- Power Platform admin and CoE toolkit.

- Entra ID, DLP, Purview basics

- Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.

- Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI

- Semantic Kernel.

Nice to have

- Microsoft certifications (PL-600, AI-102).

- Managed-service / support delivery experience.

Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Review existing agents, topics, flows and connectors against Microsoft best practice; produce a remediation backlog.

- Set up workplace strategy and ALM: dev/test/prod, solutions, managed environments, pipelines.

- Define governance: DLP policies, connector controls, authentication, data access, Responsible AI.

- Add observability: usage, token/message consumption, cost, failure and PII monitoring (InfoVision's agent-governance layer).

- Take over run-and-maintain of agents so JM's innovation team can focus on building.

- Advise on when to extend with Azure AI Foundry or pro-code where no-code hits limits.
