- Supervise the daily activities of the poultry breeder farm.

- Ensure proper care and management of breeder birds.

- Check the health and condition of birds daily.

- Ensure proper feeding and drinking water for all birds.

- Monitor egg collection and maintain egg production records.

- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of hatching eggs.

- Check the cleanliness of poultry sheds and equipment.

- Monitor bird mortality and report any unusual problems.

- Ensure proper vaccination and medication as per the schedule.

- Maintain farm hygiene and follow biosecurity rules.

- Guide farm workers and assign daily duties.

- Maintain records of feed consumption, egg production, mortality, and bird stock.

- Monitor male and female bird ratio and mating activity.

- Ensure proper temperature, ventilation, and lighting in the sheds.

- Report bird health issues, production problems, and material requirements to management.
