About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with 5–7 years of hands-on liaisoning experience in Mumbai’s real estate sector, with robust knowledge of DCPR 2034, applicable development regulations, and various development schemes in Mumbai.

Candidate profiles:

- Liaisoning professionals from PMC firms and liaisoning architect firms.
- Candidates working with small and mid-sized developers.
- Civil engineers with substantial experience in development approvals and liaisoning.

Key requirements:

- Thorough knowledge of DCPR rules,



regulations and applicable development schemes.
- Practical understanding of schemes such as SRA, MHADA redevelopment, cluster redevelopment and other relevant development mechanisms.
- Experience in FSI calculations, development potential assessment, feasibility studies and approval processes.
- Familiarity with MCGM/BMC departments and other relevant statutory authorities.
- Ability to identify development opportunities, assess plot potential and support business development and land acquisition.
