Role & responsibilities

- Project Planning &
- Execution: Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Project Scope &

- Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to understand requirements, define project scope, and establish deliverables.

- Team Management: Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.

- Schedule &

- Resource Management: Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and escalation summaries.

- Risk &

- Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation plans and resolve issues proactively.

- Agile &

- Project Methodologies: Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, as appropriate.





- Budget &

- Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure delivery within approved financial parameters.

- Quality Assurance: Work closely with technical and QA teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and established quality standards.

- Change Management: Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on scope, timelines, and resources, and coordinate approvals before implementation.

- Client &

- Vendor Coordination: Manage client expectations and coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and service providers as required.

- Project Documentation: Maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, risk registers, issue logs, and other relevant documentation.

- Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics, taking corrective action whenever required.

- Project Closure: Ensure successful project handover, completion of documentation, stakeholder sign-off, and post-implementation review.
