: SAP PMO / Project Management Office Lead

Location: Pune (Hybrid – Work from Office on Tuesday & Wednesday)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PMO qualified with strong project management and coordination skills, hands-on exposure to SAP project delivery, and experience in managing Greenfield implementations or rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SAP project planning, tracking, governance, reporting, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support SAP projects delivered through Waterfall or SAP Activate methodology.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reviews.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint tracking.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of PMO experience.
- Mandatory SAP project delivery experience in any functional or technical module.
- Experience in SAP Greenfield implementation or rollout projects.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and/or SAP Activate methodology.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

Preferred: Experience working as a Scrum Master and managing Agile projects. Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
