We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Platform Management Executive to support and manage our online platform operations. The role involves managing product and seller data, updating product information and pricing, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with sellers, and collecting and verifying the required details.

Key Responsibilities

- Add and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and other details in the backend.
- Ensure product and pricing information is accurate and up to date.
- Contact sellers to collect required product, pricing, stock, and business details.
- Follow up with sellers for missing or updated information.
- Verify seller and product details before updating them on the platform.
- Assist sellers with product listings, pricing, promotions, and platform-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain proper records of seller details and backend updates.
- Support Customer Service in resolving pricing and product-related issues.
- Ensure all assigned platform tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organize work effectively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling.
- Experience in customer support, seller support, product listing, catalog management, data entry, or marketplace operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing business requirements.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Location : Mavelikara

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
