Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop plastic components for automotive seating systems using CATIA.

- Create and modify 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed design documentation.

- Apply plastics engineering principles, including draft analysis, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, and snap-fit design.

- Ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with automotive standards.





- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design reviews, modifications, and product development.

- Support design validation and resolve design-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or a relevant engineering discipline.

- 45 years of relevant experience in automotive plastics design.

- Very good CATIA plastics engineering skills are mandatory.

- Prior experience in the plastics industry is mandatory.

- Experience in automotive seating systems will be preferred.

- Candidates should be available to join within 30–45 days.
