Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure, Intune, and Windows Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise endpoint and cloud management solutions. The role focuses on engineering secure, scalable, and automated workplace technologies leveraging Microsoft Azure, Intune, Windows, and modern endpoint management capabilities. The ideal candidate will drive platform innovation, service transformation, and technical roadmap execution rather than day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Develop and maintain endpoint configuration, compliance, security, and governance frameworks.
- Architect and deploy Azure-based solutions supporting modern workplace initiatives.
- Lead Windows 11 adoption, endpoint modernization, and cloud-first management strategies.
- Design and implement identity, access management, and Zero Trust security solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
- Create scalable device provisioning, application deployment, and lifecycle management processes.
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
- Partner with security, infrastructure, architecture, and engineering teams to define endpoint standards and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements to improve user experience, security, and operational efficiency.
- Drive endpoint architecture reviews, technical standards, and strategic roadmap initiatives.
- Produce technical designs, implementation plans, and engineering documentation.




- Lead technical workstreams for migrations, transformations, and new technology deployments.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Electronics/Computer/IT Engineering or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft endpoint and cloud technologies.

- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Windows 10/11 Engineering
- Windows Autopilot
- Microsoft Defender Security Stack
- Conditional Access
- PowerShell Automation
- Device Compliance and Configuration Management
- Experience designing enterprise-scale endpoint management solutions.
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust and Modern Workplace architectures.
- Experience leading technical solution design and large-scale deployments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
